How to Edit VibeSite Content

Four paths for updating your property website — and how to push changes live when you're done.

There are four paths for making changes to your website content. The right one depends on what you need to change.

  1. PMS — Update your property management system and the data flows automatically to your website.

  2. MultiHub — Edit property-level content directly in the MultiHub dashboard.

  3. VibeSites — Make visual and layout changes using the VibeSites editor.

  4. Repli Support — Submit a request and the Repli team handles the rest.

After making changes through paths 1, 2, or 3, push them live through the Deployments tab — covered at the end of this guide.

1. Property Management System.

Your PMS is the upstream data source for much of what appears on your website. Data flows in one direction:

PMS → MultiHub → VibeSites → Live Website

When you update information in your PMS — such as unit availability, pricing, or floor plans — that data is pulled into MultiHub automatically on a 24-hour sync cycle. From there it flows through to your VibeSites pages and goes live after deployment.

💡 Need your data updated before the next sync? You can manually trigger a refresh at any time. See How to Refresh PMS Data.

What syncs automatically from your PMS:

  • Unit availability and pricing
  • Floor plan details
  • Community amenities (when mapped)
  • Property contact information
  • Pet policies and fees (when mapped)

What does not sync from your PMS:

  • Marketing copy and property descriptions
  • Photo galleries and virtual tours
  • Special offers and promotions
  • Page layout and design elements

For anything that doesn't sync, use MultiHub or VibeSites.

Requires a redeploy. These changes will not appear on your live site until you publish.

2. MultiHub.

MultiHub is your property-level content dashboard — the structured data layer behind your website. From your property dashboard in MultiHub, you can view and edit:

  • Property details — name, address, phone, email, office hours
  • Amenities — community and unit amenity lists
  • Photo galleries — property and unit photos
  • Descriptions marketing copy for the property and individual floor plans
  • Special Offers — time-limited promotions and discounts
  • Neighborhood POIs — points of interest surrounding your property

Requires a redeploy. These changes will not appear on your live site until you publish.

3. VibeSites.

VibeSites is the visual editor for your website. While MultiHub manages the data layer, VibeSites controls how that data is displayed — layout, design, copy, and page structure.

To enter edit mode:

  1. In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → VibeSites tab → Preview.
  2. Click the Edit toggle in the toolbar at the top of the page.
  3. You are now in edit mode. Changes are saved as a draft until you deploy them.

In edit mode, you can:

  • Edit text and marketing copy directly on the page
  • Rearrange sections by dragging and dropping
  • Add or remove sections from the section library
  • Adjust section-level settings (colors, spacing, visibility)

Requires a redeploy. These changes will not appear on your live site until you publish.

4. Repli Support.

  1. Threads: For design or content changes, use Threads to leave a comment directly on your VibeSite — the Repli team is notified instantly and will begin working on your request. See How to Leave Site Comments Using Threads for a full walkthrough.

  2. Support Tickets: For anything outside the scope of self-service editing — new page creation, domain configuration, or development work — email support@repli360.com. Include the property name, the page or section you need changed, and any copy or assets you'd like used. The Repli team will route it to the right person.

Deployments.

Changes made in MultiHub or VibeSites are saved as a draft until you deploy them. To push changes to your live website:

  1. In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → VibeSites tab → Dashboard → Deployments.
  2. Review the deployment history to confirm what has changed.
  3. Click Deploy Now to push all pending changes live.

Deployments are immediate — changes go live within a few minutes. There is no scheduled queue; each deploy publishes everything currently in draft.

🌟 Best practice: Review all pending changes before clicking Deploy Now. This prevents accidentally publishing an unfinished edit from another team member.

💡 Made a mistake after deploying? You can instantly restore any previous version of your site. See How to Roll Back a VibeSite Deployment.
