How to Manage Floor Plans in MultiHub

The floor plans on your VibeSite are managed directly in MultiHub — here's how to review, add, and organize them.

Your VibeSite has a Floor Plans page that showcases available unit types to prospective residents. The floor plans in this collection also populate the bedroom counts and options shown in your site's contact forms, so keeping this collection accurate matters beyond just the Floor Plans page.

Understanding Your Data Sources.

Use the source dropdown to filter by origin. Available sources depend on which platforms your property has connected, and may include: PMS or a Custom source you create.

Pulling Floor Plans from Your PMS.

  1. Select PMS from the source dropdown to view floor plans synced from your property management system.
  2. Review the list to confirm it's displaying correctly.

Adding Floor Plans to Your Custom Collection.

  1. Select Custom from the source dropdown.
  2. Import existing floor plans — select floor plans already synced from your PMS and import them into your custom collection.
  3. Add a new floor plan manually — click Add Floor Plan, then enter:
    • Floorplan Name (e.g., A1, Studio, One Bedroom)
    • Available Units
    • Bedrooms and Bathrooms
    • Min/Max Square Feet
    • Min/Max Price ($)
    • Floor Plan Image
  4. Click Add Floor Plan to save.
