How to Update Office Hours in MultiHub

Your VibeSite displays leasing office hours to prospective residents. These hours are managed through the Office Hours Collection in your MultiHub property dashboard. You can source hours directly from your property management system (PMS) or enter them manually using a Custom collection.

How to access office hours

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace > Property Dashboard, find the Office Hours section, and click Edit.

Understanding your data sources

Use the source dropdown to filter by origin. Available sources depend on which platforms your property has connected, and may include: Your PMS or a Custom source you create.

Editing in MultiHub does not update your PMS. Changes made here only affect what's displayed on your VibeSite — the original source data in your PMS remains unchanged. To keep both in sync, make your changes directly in your PMS so they sync to MultiHub.

Pulling Office Hours from Your PMS.

Select PMS from the source dropdown to view hours synced from your property management system.
Review the list to confirm the hours are displaying correctly. If the hours appear incorrect, update them directly in your PMS — changes will sync to MultiHub automatically.
If you want the ability to edit your office hours directly in MultiHub, use Custom as your data source.

Adding Office Hours to a Custom Collection.

Select Custom from the source dropdown.
Click + Add (or edit an existing day), then set:
- Day of the Week
- Open Time
- Close Time
Click Save when done.

Editing or Removing Office Hours from a Custom Collection.

Click the three dots (...) to the right of any day's entry.
Select Edit to update the hours, or Delete to remove the entry.

Changes to custom office hours are reflected on your VibeSite immediately after saving.

Note: Only Custom collection changes take effect immediately. PMS-sourced hours update on your VibeSite according to your PMS sync schedule.
