How to Leave Theme-Level Site Comments

Need a change applied across all your properties at once? Theme-level comments let you request updates to your shared site design in one place.

A Company Theme is the shared site design applied across all of your properties in MultiHub. If you want a change made everywhere — not just on one property — leave a theme-level comment instead of a property-level one. Like all site comments, you'll receive an email when the Repli team replies or marks your request resolved.

There are two ways to access your Company Theme and leave a comment.

Option 1: Through Company Workspace

  1. In MultiHub, go to Company Workspace → VibeSites → Themes.
  2. Select your theme name and click Open Preview.
  3. In the VibeSites editor, click the Company badge — this is your company logo, visible in the editor.
  4. Leave your comment in Threads. The Repli team will be notified instantly.

Option 2: Through a Property VibeSite

  1. Open the VibeSites editor for any of your property sites.
  2. Click the Main dropdown at the top center of the editor.
  3. Select View Parent Theme.
  4. Leave your comment in Threads. The Repli team will be notified instantly.
