How to Update Special Offers in MultiHub

Create, assign, and manage time-limited promotions for your property — directly in MultiHub.

Special offers are managed directly in your MultiHub Property Profile. Changes to special offers go live on your site immediately — no redeploy necessary.

Note: there may be a few minute delay due to server cache.

To access Special Offers:

In MultiHub, navigate to your Property → Dashboard, scroll down to the Special Offers section, and click Edit.

Understanding Your Data Sources.

Your Special Offers can pull from every platforms connected to your property. Use the source dropdown to filter your special offer collection by origin. Available sources depend on which platforms your property has connected, and may include: your PMS (Property Management System), Apartments.com, Google Places, or a Custom Source you create.

Set your Special Offers data source to Custom to control start and end dates, so offers go live and come down exactly when you want.

Adding and Editing Special Offers.

To customize your special offers and edit them directly in MultiHub, change your data source to Custom.

  1. Click + Add Special Offer
  2. Add a title, description, disclaimer, and the start and expiration date. Offers will automatically show and be hidden from your live site based on the dates you set.
  3. Click Save to publish the offer to your live site.
