How to Update Special Offers in MultiHub

Special offers are managed directly in your MultiHub property profile. Manual changes to special offers will flow to your site immediately, no redeploy necessary.

Note: there may be a few minute delay due to server cache.

 

To access Special Offers:

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → Dashboard, scroll down to the Special Offers section, and click Edit.

From here you can:

• Create a new offer — add a title, description, and expiration date.
• Assign the offer — apply it to specific floor plans or property-wide.
• Toggle offers on or off — without deleting them.

When an offer expires, it is automatically hidden from your live site.
