Concession Setup Steps:
- Navigate to Settings:
- Select Settings.
- Apply Settings for Your Property:
- Use the Manage Settings for filter at the top to select your property and click Apply.
- Access Accounts Receivable:
- Click on the Accounts Receivable tile and then on Concessions.
- Configure Concession Options:
- Set up the Concession Options based on how your property uses concessions. Options include:
- None: Use all active concessions on this page.
- Allow Multiple Concessions on Quotes for New Move-Ins: Allows multiple concessions for new leases.
- Use Price Optimizer Concessions: Uses settings from your revenue management system.
- Click Configure after updating Concession Options.
- Set up the Concession Options based on how your property uses concessions. Options include:
- Manage Concessions:
- In the Concessions table list, click Concession and enter details like Name, Concession Type, and other relevant information.
- Enable or disable Display Online, and set applicable Floor Plans, Units, and Lease Terms.
- Finalize and Save:
- Click Save after adding or updating concessions.
