How to Edit Virtual Tours in MultiHub

Virtual Tours in MultiHub lets you manage the 3D and video tours displayed on your VibeSite. Tours can be imported from a connected source or added manually using a custom URL. There are two types: Community tours (property-wide) and Apartment tours (unit-specific).

To access Virtual Tours:

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → Dashboard, scroll down to the Virtual Tours section, and click Edit.

Option 1: Import from a Connected Source.

Use this option if your virtual tours already exist in your PMS or a connected listing platform (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Apartments.com, etc.).

1. Click + Add Virtual Tour and select your source from the dropdown — or click Import to import multiple tours at once.
2. Select Import Virtual Tours from Source and choose your source from the dropdown.
3. Select the tours you want to import and click Import to Custom.

⚠️ Imported tours become independent copies. Once imported, they will not sync with the original source. Any future updates to those tours in your PMS or listing platform will need to be updated manually in MultiHub as well.

Option 2: Add a Custom Tour.

Use this option to manually add a tour using a direct URL — such as a Matterport link.

1. Click + Add Virtual Tour and select Custom from the dropdown.
2. Enter the Virtual Tour URL (e.g. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=...).
3. Click Continue, then complete the tour details and click Save.

Editing or Removing a Tour.

To update or delete an existing tour:

1. In the Virtual Tours list, click the three dots (...) to the right of the tour.
2. Select Edit to update the tour details, or Delete to remove it.
3. Click Save when done.
