How to Manage FAQs in MultiHub

The FAQs on your VibeSite are managed directly in MultiHub — here's how to add and organize them.

Your VibeSite can display a list of frequently asked questions to help prospective residents find answers quickly. The FAQs shown there are controlled through the FAQs Collection in your MultiHub property dashboard. Unlike other collections, FAQs aren't pulled from a connected data source — this is a fully custom collection you build yourself.

To access FAQs:

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → Property Profile, find the FAQs section, and click Edit.

Adding an FAQ.
  1. Click Edit to customize the FAQ Collection
  2. Click + Add to add a new FAQ.
  3. Enter the following:
    • Question
    • Answer
    • Category (optional) — e.g., Leasing, Pets, Amenities
  4. Click Save when done.
Editing or Removing an FAQ.
  1. Click the three dots (...) to the right of any FAQ in the list.
  2. Select Edit to update the question, answer, or category — or Delete to remove it.
