How to Manage Reviews in MultiHub

The reviews you feature on your VibeSite are managed directly in MultiHub — here's how to review, add, and curate them.

Your VibeSite can showcase resident reviews to build trust with prospective residents. The reviews displayed there are controlled through the Reviews Collection in your MultiHub property dashboard.

To access Reviews:

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → Property Profile, find the Reviews section, and click Edit.

Understanding Your Data Sources.

Use the source dropdown to filter by origin. Available sources depend on which platforms your property has connected, and may include: Google Places or a Custom source you create.

Curating Reviews in Your Custom Collection.

Your Custom collection is where you choose which reviews actually appear on your site. Since your site should highlight your property in the best light, use this collection to feature your strongest reviews rather than displaying everything pulled in automatically.

  1. Select Custom from the source dropdown.
  2. Import an existing review — select a review already sourced from Google Places and import it into your custom collection.
  3. Add a new review manually — click Add Review, then enter:
    • Reviewer Name
    • Rating (0–5)
    • Review Title (optional)
    • Review Date
    • Review Text
  4. Click Add Review to save.

Editing or Removing a Review.

  1. Click the three dots (...) to the right of any review in the list.
  2. Select Edit to update its details, or Delete to remove it.
