How to Update Amenities in MultiHub

The amenities on your VibeSite are managed directly in MultiHub — here's how to review, add, and organize them.

Your VibeSite has dedicated sections that showcase community and apartment amenities to prospective residents. The amenities displayed there are controlled entirely through the Amenities Collection in your MultiHub property dashboard.

MultiHub is the single source of truth for your amenities. If amenities are missing or incorrect on your live site, check MultiHub first — it is almost always a data issue rather than a site issue.

To access Amenities:

In MultiHub, go to your property workspace → Dashboard, scroll down to the Amenities section, and click Edit.

Understanding Your Data Sources.

Your amenities can pull in from your connected PMS. Use the source dropdown to filter your amenities list by origin. Available sources depend on which platforms your property has connected, and may include: Property Management System, Apartments.com or a Custom Collection you create.

Pulling Amenities from Your PMS.
  1. Select your PMS from the source dropdown to view amenities synced from your property management system.
  2. Review the list and choose which ones to bring into your site.
  3. For each amenity, assign a Classification:
    • Community Amenity — shared/property-wide features (e.g., pool, fitness center, clubhouse)
    • Apartment Amenity — in-unit features (e.g., in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closets)
  4. Check Featured Amenity if you want to mark this amenity as featured to highlight it prominently.
  5. Click Save when done.

Adding Amenities to A Custom Collection.

Your Custom collection is your curated set of amenities — what you add here is what appears on your site's amenity sections. You choose exactly which amenities to include, whether that's pulling from your connected sources or adding new ones entirely.

  1. Select Custom from the source dropdown.
  2. Click + Add to add an amenity. You have two options:

Pull from a connected source — browse amenities already associated with your property from your PMS, and select the ones you want to feature.

Add a new amenity — create an amenity that isn't in any connected source.

  1. Assign a Classification (Community or Apartment Amenity) to each entry so it appears in the right section of your site.
  2. Check Featured Amenity to mark this amenity as featured to highlight it prominently.
  3. Click Save when done.

💡 Custom amenities always take priority. Whatever you add here is shown first on your site — above any amenities pulled automatically from connected sources.

Editing or Removing an Amenity.

  1. Click the three dots (...) to the right of any amenity in the list.
  2. Select Edit to update the name or classification — or Delete to remove it.
  3. Click Save when done.
