How VibeSites Generates Property Page Content

Property descriptions written from real research — not templates. Smarter copy that connects your pages, helps renters find what they need, and improves your site's SEO.

Most property websites are built from the same canned templates — generic descriptions that could apply to any apartment community. VibeSites takes a different approach.

When your VibeSite is created, MultiHub Generators research your property using live web data and writes descriptions from scratch — specific to your property, your location, and your amenities. The result is copy that reads like it was written for your community, because it was.

Smarter Content, Better Connected

What makes this different from a template isn't just the writing — it's the reasoning behind it.

Generators are aware of every page on your site when it writes. That means your property description doesn't exist in isolation — it understands that your site has a Floor Plans page, an Amenities page, a Neighborhood page, and more. Where relevant, it automatically links to those pages directly within the copy.

This matters in two ways:

  • For renters — a prospect reading your property description can follow a link directly to your floor plans or neighborhood guide without having to navigate there themselves. The content guides them through your site naturally, reducing friction and keeping them engaged longer.

  • For SEO — internal links between related pages are a meaningful ranking signal. A site where pages reference and connect to each other performs better in search than one where every page stands alone. This happens automatically, without any extra setup.

Choosing Your Content Source

During onboarding, your property profile is reviewed before your site goes live. For each content field — such as your long description or SEO titles — you can choose which source to use. A source dropdown appears per field, so you can mix sources — for example, using generator copy for your long description while pulling SEO titles from Apartments.com.

Editing Generated Content

Generated content is a starting point, not a constraint. If you want to adjust the copy after your site is live:

  1. Edit the content directly in MultiHub or through the VibeSites editor. See How to Edit Content in VibeSites for instructions.
  2. Once edited, the field automatically switches to Source: custom — your version is saved and used going forward.

⚠️ Generated content is produced once at setup. Editing a field will not trigger a regeneration — your custom version becomes the source until you change it again.

Pushing Changes Live

After updating any content fields, redeploy your site for changes to appear on your live VibeSite. See How to Deploy Site Changes for instructions.
