How to Edit Your Property Profile in MultiHub
Your Property Profile holds the core details, branding, and links that power your VibeSite — here's how to review and update them.
At the top of your Property Dashboard, click Edit property to open your Property Profile. From here, several tabs control different pieces of information shown on your live site. Below are the key tabs to review and fill in anything that hasn't already been pulled in automatically.
General Tab.
Review the following fields and update them if they haven't been pulled in:
- Apply Now URL
- Resident Portal URL
- Property Direct Phone
Branding Tab.
Upload your property and company logo, and add a featured video and featured image if desired.
Custom Links Tab.
Review and fill in your property's URLs, including:
- Website URL
- Online Leasing URL
- Apply Now URL
- Resident Portal URL
- Google Place URL
- Apartments URL
Pet Policy Tab.
Update whether the property is pet friendly, along with any pet fee and pricing information.
Managing Other Collections.
Your Property Profile also includes several collections — like Amenities, Floor Plans, Points of Interest, Office Hours, and Reviews — that are managed separately from the tabs above. If you want to update any of those, visit the corresponding article for that collection to update the data shown on your live site:
